Purchase Options & Cancellations Policy

This policy explains how purchases, subscriptions (if applicable), cancellations, and order changes work when shopping with SensoryLabs.
1) Purchase Options
a) One-Time Purchases
You can purchase any SensoryLabs product as a one-time order.
- Payment is taken at checkout
- Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe shown at checkout
- Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Returns Policy
b) Subscription Purchases (If Offered)
Some products may be offered on a subscription basis.
If you choose a “Subscribe & Save” option, you agree to:
- Automatic billing at your selected interval (e.g. every 30, 60, or 90 days)
- Automatic delivery until you cancel
By completing your purchase, you authorise SensoryLabs to charge your selected payment method at each renewal.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your subscription.
2) Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can pause, update, or cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Using the Manage Subscription link in your confirmation email, or
- Contacting us at shopsensorylabs@gmail.com
To avoid your next charge:
- Please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date
If a renewal has already been processed:
- That order may still be shipped
- Your cancellation will apply to future orders only
3) Modifying Your Subscription
You can update:
- Delivery frequency
- Shipping address
- Payment details
Changes can be made via your subscription portal or by contacting us.
Please note:
- Updates may take up to 24 hours to process
- Changes may not apply to orders already confirmed or dispatched
4) Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We may retry the charge
- You’ll be asked to update your payment details
If payment issues continue:
- Your subscription may be paused or cancelled
5) Refunds & Returns
Subscription orders follow the same rules as all orders:
- Change of mind: unopened items can be returned within 14 days (return shipping paid by customer)
- Faulty or damaged items: eligible for replacement or full refund

6) Price or Schedule Changes
We may occasionally update:
- Subscription pricing
- Delivery frequency
If this happens:
- You’ll be notified in advance
- Changes will apply from the next billing cycle
You can cancel anytime before the changes take effect.
