Thank you for choosing SensoryLabs. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received
(Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During busy periods (e.g. promotions or seasonal demand), processing times may be slightly longer. If so, we’ll keep you updated by email.

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase
  • A dispatch email with tracking details once your order ships

Where We Deliver

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) only.


Delivery Times & Rates (ROI)

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: usually 1–3 working days from dispatch
  • Shipping cost is shown at checkout

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent by email.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal service delays)

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

SensoryLabs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, you can choose to:

  • Have it reshipped (additional shipping fee may apply), or
  • Receive a refund for the product only (original shipping is non-refundable)

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order:

  • Is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or
  • Arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We’ll work with the courier to investigate and provide a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
